Cassian and Bodhi hooked up once and never acknowledged it afterwards. Either it was before/after Scarif or another mission due to the stress and adrenaline, they were drunk celebrating, whatever. Bodhi assumes Cassian wasn't truly interested in him and Cassian hates that he allowed his personal interests to interfere with work.
