Galen/Cassian, doing it for the Greater Good
They're both men who did some questionable things for the Rebellion cause (rather, anti-Empire).
A torrid affair? A one night stand? A forced situation? Did they know each other's real names?
Maybe Galen recognized Cassian as alliance during an info. drop? Pre movie or AU?
There are reasons Cassian couldn't quite pull the rigger...
